Privacy notice

Mark Carlson is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. The operating jurisdiction is maintained privately for compliance review.

What this site handles

This site has no public account, checkout, or advertising tracker. Its inquiry form collects the name, email address, offer reference, message, consent confirmations, and a one-way security fingerprint derived from request metadata. The fingerprint is used only for abuse prevention; the raw network address is not stored in the inquiry record. Email providers process correspondence, and PayPal separately processes invoice and payment information under its own privacy terms. This service does not receive card or bank credentials.

Why information is used

Minimum contact, agreement, service, invoice-status, security, and accounting records are used to answer requested communications, evaluate and perform an agreed service, protect the service, document consent and decisions, satisfy legal duties, and resolve disputes. Information is not used for unsolicited bulk marketing.

Sharing and sale

Information may be processed by providers needed for hosting, email, payment, security, and an expressly agreed service. It may also be disclosed when legally required. Personal information is not sold or brokered. A separate written agreement is required before any customer personal data can be used in service delivery.

Retention and safeguards

The default operational retention period is 180 days. Records may be deleted sooner when they are no longer required, or retained longer when an agreement, tax, accounting, security, dispute, or other legal obligation requires it. Access is restricted, actions are audited, and unnecessary secrets and personal data are prohibited. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Location and choices

Service providers may process information outside your province or country, where it may be subject to local law. You may ask what information is held, request correction, or request deletion, subject to lawful exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier permitted processing and may prevent a requested service from continuing.
